Dr. Harvey uses the latest techniques and technology to ensure state-of-the-art patient care is available in the Chippewa Valley and Northwestern Wisconsin for cataracts, cornea issues, and refractive surgery. In 2005, Dr. Harvey joined the Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, following his Cornea, Cataract and Anterior Segment Fellowship training at Bayor College of Medicine, in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Harvey operates principally at Independent Surgery Center in Lake Hallie, Wisconsin. In addition, he performs cornea surgery at Oakleaf Surgical Hospital in Altoona. For laser vision correction surgery, Dr. Harvey is available at TLC Laser Eye Center in Eau Claire.
